Terms of use
These terms apply when you use CurlyScript, on the web or in the apps. By playing, you agree to them. If you’re under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian.
The game
Every lesson is free. You can play without an account. Accounts are for players aged 13 and over, and you’re responsible for keeping your password safe and your email address up to date, since that’s how a forgotten password is reset.
Be kind
Choose a friendly display name. Don’t use names that are rude, hateful, or that pretend to be someone else, and don’t cheat or try to break the game or its server. We may reset names, hide players from friends’ lists and any public lists, or close accounts that break these rules.
CurlyScript Plus
- Plus is an optional subscription, billed monthly or yearly through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown before you buy.
- It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- If a free trial is offered, you’re charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Plus adds extras (such as unlimited hearts, guided projects and every Dojo belt). Lessons are never locked behind it. We may add, change or improve Plus features over time.
If you use the iPhone or iPad app, Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.
Your code
Code you write in the game is yours. Programs saved in the Code Lab stay on your device.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the lessons accurate and the game running, but it’s provided as it is, without guarantees, as far as the law allows. Online features like accounts and friends may sometimes be unavailable.
